– Harass, annoy, intimidate, or threaten any of our employees or agents<\/p>\n\n\n\n

provision is found to be illegal or unenforceable, then neither Party will elect to<\/p>\n\n\n\n

unenforceable and such Dispute shall be decided by a court of competent jurisdiction<\/p>\n\n\n\n

within the courts listed forjurisdiction above, and the Parties agree to submit to the<\/p>\n\n\n\n
